Mango Salsa

Ingredients:


4 ripe mangos
1/2 sweet red onion
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 lime (juice)
1/2 tsp cayan pepper or curry powder
pepper
celery salt


Directions:


Finely dice the mangos. Quarter inch cubes or smaller is a good size. Dice the onions even smaller than the mangos. Chop up the cilantro and mix everything together. Serve with your favourite tortilla chips. The salsa can also be used as a condiment to hamburgers. It is also a good complement with fish.
